Job Requirements:
Qualification:
- BSc or B.Ed. Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Advanced laboratory management and concept-mapping skills.
- Above 10 years of experience in a private school.
- Proven track record of preparing students for regional examinations.
- Fluent in English and can competently conduct all classroom instructions
- Develops lesson plans which meet established school and national curriculum models
- Outstanding communicators and have strong interpersonal skills
- Committed and passionate to teaching and highly motivated towards student development and growth
- Willing to offer after school enrichment activities and support students
- Active team players and problem solvers with a good sense of humor
- Willingness to participate in inset trainings
- Preference will be given to teachers who can teach multiple subjects

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the instruction of advanced science modules, integrating practical laboratory experiments with theoretical concepts.
- Spearhead student coaching campaigns focusing on top-tier performance in regional science examinations.
- Guide science stream curriculum development, material procurement, and safety protocols for laboratory spaces.
- Coach and mentor junior science teachers on effective instructional methods.
