Job Requirements:
Qualification:
- BA, BSc, or B.Ed. Degree in English or Mathematics
- Strong analytical and pedagogical skills.
- Above 10 years of experience in a private school.
- Proven track record of preparing students for regional examinations.
- Fluent in English and can competently conduct all classroom instructions in English
- Develops lesson plans which meet established school and national curriculum models
- Outstanding communicators and have strong interpersonal skills
- Committed and passionate about teaching and highly motivated towards student development and growth
- Willing to offer after-school enrichment activities and support students
- Active team players and problem solvers with a good sense of humor
- Willingness to participate in inset trainings
- Preference will be given to teachers who can teach multiple subjects

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level, engaging classroom instruction aligned with school and national curriculum standards.
- Design rigorous test prep materials, practice exams, and assessments geared toward regional examination success.
- Mentor junior teaching staff and collaborate on curriculum enhancement for language and mathematical subjects.
- Monitor individual student performance closely, providing specialized remedial or enrichment support.
- Coach and mentor junior English teachers on effective instructional methods.
