Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Diploma, Certificate, BA, BSc, or B.Ed. Degree in any field of study.
- Year to Degree, 2 Years for Diploma & 4 years of experience to Certificate as an assistant teacher in a private school.
Behavioral Competencies:

- positive customer-service orientation toward students and staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support lead teachers with classroom management, distribution of learning materials, and room arrangement.
- Assist young students with personal care, safety transitions, and group participation activities.
- Help compile student tracking records, attendance logs, and portfolio data.
- Foster a warm, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere inside the classroom setting.
