Company Overview
Our client is a confidential manufacturing company with a growing production and distribution operation. The company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, ERP transactions, and operational coordination within a manufacturing environment.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, ERP-based warehouse transactions, and coordination between warehouse, production, logistics, and finance teams. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and experience managing inventory within a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory movement.
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and compliance with operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor inventory valuation, work-in-progress (WIP), raw materials, and finished goods.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, housekeeping requirements, and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
- Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Support audits and internal control requirements related to warehouse operations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of warehouse and inventory management experience within a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Cin7, or similar manufacturing ERP platforms.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operational priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong reporting and Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred Background
Candidates from manufacturing, industrial production, FMCG manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or assembly operations will be highly preferred.
