Job Description

Warehouse Supervisor – Coffee Warehouse
Location: Kality, Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily coffee warehouse operations and physical stock handling.
Oversee receiving, weighing, stacking, storage, loading, and dispatch of coffee.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper control of physical stock.
Conduct stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
Supervise warehouse workers and ensure proper execution of assigned duties.
Ensure warehouse safety, security, cleanliness, organization, and effective space utilization.
Coordinate warehouse activities with logistics and export teams.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant qualification/experience.
Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and physical stock management.
Proven supervisory, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Coffee warehouse experience is an advantage.
Basic computer proficiency.
