Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.

• Take and accurately record food and beverage orders.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.

• Set up and clear tables and maintain dining area cleanliness.

• Respond to customer requests and resolve basic service issues.

• Process bills and handle payments accurately.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
