Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for the safe operation, daily monitoring, and preventive maintenance of facility utility systems. This role focuses heavily on overseeing the newly installed water treatment plant and existing utility equipment to ensure continuous production and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- System Operations: Monitor and operate the industrial water treatment plant, water supply systems, and existing utility machinery.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on pumps, valves, and compressors.
- Water Quality Control: Perform regular water sampling, testing, and chemical dosing to maintain strict compliance standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults rapidly to minimize system downtime.
- Log keeping: Maintain precise daily logs of equipment performance, water parameters, and utility consumption data.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering
- Experience: 1–2 years’ operating industrial water treatment plants or utility systems.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, understanding of automated controls (PLC), and physical stamina
