Job Description
Daye Bensa Business PLC, a leading player in the coffee export and diversified business sector, is seeking highly motivated and experienced senior accountant to join our team for the following position.
Position: Treasury & Cash Management Senior Accountant
Reports To: Head of Finance Operations
Main Responsibility: Core cash management, liquidity optimization, bank reconciliations, foreign exchange operations, pre-shipment loan administration, commercial credit facility management, and LC settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, manage, and track pre-shipment export loans, working capital facilities, and trade finance applications with commercial banks.
- Monitor pre-shipment loan repayment schedules, interest accruals, settlement deadlines, and collateral/LC margin requirements.
- Ensure foreign currency export proceeds are correctly allocated toward liquidating active pre-shipment loan facilities in compliance with bank covenants.

Requirements
Requirements & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
· 6 years of proven experience on specific position.
· Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
· Experience with accounting software and ERP
