Job Description
- Handle import and export customs clearance processes.
- Prepare and submit customs declarations and required documents.
- Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, transporters, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on customs duties, taxes, inspections, and cargo release.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Track shipments and resolve clearance delays or documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare clearance reports.
- Provide timely updates on shipment and clearance status.
Requirements
- BA Degree / College (TVET) Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management or related field
- Relevant experience in customs clearing, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Good knowledge of customs procedures and import/export documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
