Job Objective
To ensure eLearning content development, including analysis, design, development, and implementation of the highest quality, innovative digital learning for BOA employees.
2. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Understand the basic Bank products & services and Banking operational activities.
Understand the regulatory standards, Bank’s policies and procedures.
Understand the Bank work culture, values and code of conduct.
Maintain positive relationship with staffs and customers.
Understand the customer needs, team and business objectives.
Learn about operational process through practicing, peer learning & experience sharing.
Actively participate on trainings related to his/her specific tasks to acquire the necessary knowledge and skill.
Take initiative to seek new challenges and responsibilities.
Assist in creating interactive, responsive, and gamified eLearning content, using basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern authoring tools.
Support the development of digital learning materials using eLearning authoring tools and multimedia software such as Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools.
Participate in the application of AI-supported tools for content creation, multimedia enhancement, personalization, accessibility, and learning analytics under supervision.
Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and IT teams during course design, development, testing, and deployment.
Assist in uploading, organizing, and maintaining learning resources on the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital content repositories.
Support the application of user experience (UX) and learner-centered design principles to ensure content is easy to use, accessible, and engaging.
Contribute to the creation of graphics, illustrations, animations, and templates that align with branding and instructional requirements.
Support video recording, editing, and post-production activities for eLearning and training programs, both in studio and field environments.
Assist in the proper handling and basic operation of multimedia studio equipment, smart classrooms, and control room resources.
Implement storyboard concepts prepared by senior staff in line with instructional design models and learning objectives.
Support the development of gamified learning activities and micro learning content within defined timelines and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation and effective utilization of digital learning programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Education: BSC Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System, Electrical and Computer Engineering or other related fields. Certification in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or Video Editing & Animation Specialist is advantageous.

CGPA: 3 and above
Age: 25 and Below
