Position: Tour Operator / Operations Officer Vacancy

Great Wall Africa Tour (GWAT) is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Tour Operator / Operations Officer.

Job Requirements

Preferred Profile

2–5 years of experience in tour operations
Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

Skills

Excellent English communication skills
Chinese language ability is a major advantage
Experience handling Chinese tourist groups is highly preferred
Good knowledge of Ethiopian tourism destinations
Strong Excel, quotation, costing, and budgeting skills
Experience negotiating with hotels and transportation providers
Ability to coordinate groups of 20–50+ passengers
Strong communication and coordination skills with guides, drivers, hotels, and other suppliers
Flexible and available to support weekend and holiday operations when required

Location: Addis Ababa, bole medhanialem church area
