Provision of Statutory and Project Audit service for FCA Ethiopia

Finn Church Aid (FCA) Ethiopia is seeking qualified and reputable suppliers to participate in a competitive tender for the provision of Audit Service. FCA Ethiopia invites interested independent audit firm to submit their bids in accordance with the tender dossier and its annexes.
The purpose of this Call for Tenders is to invite competitive proposals from qualified audit firms to conduct the audit for statutory and project audit.
The project audit shall be conducted in accordance with the donor-specific Terms of Reference (Toor) and the agreed-upon procedures set by the donor. It must be performed by an external, independent, and qualified audit firm.
The Objectives of the Audit is:
To produce the IFRS Standard statutory audit report for the fiscal year (January 01 ,2026 to December 31, 2026) with annual income not more than 1.5 million Euro and approximately 15 number of box file and online stored documentation.
Project audit report in accordance with the specific donor’s audit Terms of Reference (AUP)

Requirements
FINN CHURCH AID ETHIOPIA is looking for Statutory and Project Audit service with the following the minimum requirements:
- Renewed professional license and business registration license
- Profile of the audit firm and its experience
- Qualification and experience of the audit team
- The audit firm should be one of the accredited firms by the Agency Civil Society Organization.
- Certificate from AABE
- A document that shows the audit firm belongs to a renown international auditing network.
- Should provide all legal documents: Valid license, Tax Identification Number / TIN/, VAT certificate.
- Tax Clearance Certification for the fiscal year 2017/2018EC.
- Have evidence of auditing experience with similar INGOs.
- Confirmation of audit engagement for a consortium-managed project
- Be able to issue a consolidated audit report for a more than three organization along with sub-recipient
- Be able to indicate the date of commencement of the audit report.
- Be able to indicate the date of submission of the audit report.
- Be able to perform the audit task based on donor and FCA ’s Tour and agreed upon procedure
