Technical Expert

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Technical Expert to join our import company, which focuses on participating on bid, supplying machinery for universities and research institutions, and other organizations through national procurement and bidding processes. The Technical Expert will be responsible for providing technical support throughout the bidding and product supply process, including reviewing technical specifications, identifying and evaluating appropriate products and equipment from international suppliers, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring that supplied products meet the required specifications and quality standards.

The successful candidate will also support product installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, user training, and after-sales technical services when required. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and work with technical specifications and procurement requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review technical specifications and bidding requirements.

• Identify and evaluate suitable machinery and equipment from international suppliers.

• Prepare technical proposals and bidding documents.

• Verify supplied equipment against required specifications and quality standards.

• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

• Provide user training on equipment operation and maintenance.

• Provide after-sales technical support when required.

• Maintain technical records and supplier documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and procurement teams on technical matters.
