Job Description

The Supply Chain Performance Specialist is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Department in monitoring operational performance, strengthening data reliability, following up recurring controls, and ensuring structured visibility on key performance indicators, risks, issues and action plans.

The role acts as a senior professional support to Supply Chain Senior Management by consolidating reliable performance information, identifying deviations, challenging data inconsistencies, following up corrective actions and supporting continuous improvement across logistics, fleet, procurement, planning, warehousing and related Supply Chain activities.

The position does not replace operational managers in the ownership of their activities. Its purpose is to provide independent, structured and fact-based performance visibility to help management make timely decisions and ensure disciplined execution of agreed actions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, update and maintain Supply Chain performance dashboards covering key operational areas such as logistics, transport, fleet, procurement, planning, warehousing, inventory, service level, stock coverage, cost performance and action-plan status.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for Supply Chain Management.
  • Highlight trends, deviations, risks and areas requiring management attention.
  • Ensure the reliability, completeness and consistency of Supply Chain KPI data before reporting.
  • Reconcile key data between ERP, fleet systems, logistics files, operational trackers and other approved data sources.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, missing data or abnormal trends and follow up with process owners for correction.
  • Support the standardization of KPI definitions, reporting formats and cut-off rules across the department.
  • Perform recurring operational controls defined by Supply Chain Management.
  • Document control results, exceptions and corrective actions.
  • Escalate material deviations, recurring issues or unresolved items to management.
  • Maintain the Supply Chain action-plan tracker and follow up the timely completion of agreed actions with responsible owners.
  • Support Supply Chain teams in improving reporting discipline, process compliance, documentation quality and performance visibility.
  • Assist in designing practical trackers, templates, control sheets and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Audit, Internal Control or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, logistics, procurement, fleet, internal audit, internal control, business control, ERP project support, performance management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret operational and financial data.
  • Good understanding of operational controls, process compliance and risk identification.
  • Strong data management skills, including the ability to build and maintain structured trackers, reconciliations, dashboards and performance reports.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, Excel and reporting tools. Experience with Drink-IT / Business Central, Digiparc, DimoMaint, Power BI or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operational teams while maintaining independence, objectivity and professional judgment.
  • Strong follow-up discipline, attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies, delays, deviations and recurring issues.
  • Ability to prepare clear, concise and management-ready reports.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and escalate appropriately.
