Big Star Academy has been serving students in Sululta Town and at the Derba Midroc Cement Factory (DMC) premises. Position: Subject Teachers for Primary and KG

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, etc.).
• Promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving in learners.
• Manage classroom discipline effectively.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning practices.
• Engage in school life beyond the classroom, supporting extracurricular and community activities.
