Position Summary

The Strategy & Planning Officer supports BSC/KPI monitoring, performance reporting, planning, data analysis and strategic research. The position collects and analyzes departmental performance data, prepares dashboards and reports, follows up activity plans, and supports strategy reviews, research and business-analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BSC/KPI monitoring and performance reporting.

• Collect and analyze departmental performance data.

• Prepare dashboards and periodic reports.

• Follow up departmental activity plans.

• Support strategy reviews, research and business-analysis activities.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Strategic Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1-3 year of relevant experience.

Added Advantage
Experience in planning, KPI/BSC, performance monitoring, data analysis or reporting.
