Job Description

  • Follow sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Report weekly sourced suppliers to line manager.
  • Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  • Assist in resolving supplier-related issues or disputes.
  • Support the implementation of cost reduction initiatives.
  • Review supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Ensure data accuracy in procurement systems and databases.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sourcing processes.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management/Civil Engineering or related field of study
  • Experience:

0 years of related work experience (experience at international company is an added advantage)     


Required Skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
