About the Role

Sunrise Real Estate is looking for a dependable, organized Storekeeper to manage our store of maintenance materials, tools, and supplies. You will make sure the right items are available when our maintenance teams need them, keep accurate records of everything that comes in and goes out, and keep the store clean and orderly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming materials, tools, and supplies

• Issue items to maintenance staff and contractors and record every issue

• Keep accurate daily records of stock in and stock out

• Do regular stock counts and report shortages, damage, or missing items

• Alert management when supplies are running low so they can be reordered

• Keep the store clean, organized, and secure

• Prepare simple inventory and stock reports for management

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Must hold a College Degree (Any Field)

• Honest, responsible, and careful with company property

• Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping

• Basic computer skills (Excel or similar) for tracking inventory

• Punctual and reliable

• Able to lift and move supplies and materials

• Able to work well with maintenance staff and office team

Great to Have

• Experience with construction, building maintenance, or hardware materials

• Knowledge of inventory management software

• Ability to speak Arabic or English, in addition to Amharic
