Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or with related field of study.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Receive deliveries from local suppliers and distributors; inspect packages for damage, defects, or quantity shortages.
Match physical goods received against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Notes before signing delivery receipts.
Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and flag any discrepancies or damaged stock to the purchasing department.
Issue tools, materials, equipment, or finished items to internal staff or shop based on approved material requisitions.
Record all stock issuance in real time to maintain accurate balance records.
