 About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Store Man to support the daily operations of our transformer factory store. The Store Man will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, issuing, and recording raw materials, electrical components, spare parts, tools, and other materials required for production and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
• Check quantities, descriptions, specifications, and condition of received materials against delivery documents.
• Properly label, identify, and arrange materials in designated storage locations.
• Issue materials to production and other departments based on approved material requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and store documentation.
• Assist with regular physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, damaged, or obsolete materials to the Store Supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of transformer manufacturing materials.
• Keep the store clean, organized, secure, and free from unnecessary materials.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
• Assist in loading, unloading, moving, and arranging materials safely.
• Maintain proper documentation for all receipts and issues.
• Support stock audits and inventory verification activities.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse rules.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or management.
