Special Real Estate Sales Agent

Summer Real Estate PLC is looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Special Real Estate Sales Agent to drive apartment and commercial shop sales, generate new leads, and build strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently generate leads through social media, digital marketing, networking, field prospecting, referrals, and personal selling.

We are looking for a sales professional who creates opportunities rather than waiting for leads and can turn networking, digital platforms, referrals, and personal initiative into measurable sales results.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven real estate sales experience.

• Candidates with 1+ year of experience may also be considered if they have strong social media sales experience, including 10,000+ followers and proven lead-generation results.

Quantity Required: 100

Salary: ETB 43,017.24 gross monthly salary + 4.5% commission

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive apartment and commercial shop sales and achieve assigned targets.

• Generate and convert qualified leads through digital platforms, networking, and field prospecting.

• Create and promote engaging sales content on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline through consistent follow-up.

• Conduct professional presentations, negotiations, and closing.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of real estate sales and customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Strong digital/social-media marketing awareness.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and accountable.

• Fluency in Amharic is required; English is an advantage.
