Shadow Teacher – Special Needs Students
Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs.
Assist students with classroom participation, learning activities, and social development.
Work closely with classroom teachers and parents to support the student’s individual needs.
Help students develop independence, confidence, and positive behavior.
Monitor and communicate students’ progress.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Needs Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is an advantage.
Fresh Psychology graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
