Job Description
Position: Software Developer
1. Position Overview
The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade software applications, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart-based mobile application development. The role requires strong technical expertise in mobile application architecture, API integration, software development practices, and troubleshooting.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade Flutter mobile applications.
- Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly mobile application interfaces using Flutter and Dart.
- Implement and maintain Flutter architecture, state management, navigation, networking, local storage, and application lifecycle management.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, SDKs, push notifications, authentication, and other mobile services.
- Develop and maintain software using backend/programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including database design and optimization.
- Apply clean coding practices, object-oriented programming principles, and appropriate design patterns.
- Conduct unit, widget, and integration testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical and application performance issues.
- Implement application security and mobile application performance optimization practices.
- Use Git and modern software development workflows for source-code management and collaboration.
- Support CI/CD processes, application deployment, and DevOps activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Work collaboratively within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Mentor or provide technical guidance to other developers when required.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong professional experience with Flutter and Dart is mandatory.
- Proven experience developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade Flutter mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, responsive UI, navigation, networking, local storage, and application lifecycle.
- Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party services, SDKs, push notifications, authentication, and other mobile services using Flutter.
- Strong experience with one or more backend/programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, or containerization is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring or technically guiding other developers is preferred.
