Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant diploma, degree, or professional qualification from a recognized institution.

• Possess the appropriate professional license where required.

• Demonstrate strong professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism when working with clients and their families.

• Previous experience in mental health, rehabilitation, substance-use treatment, healthcare, or community-based services is an advantage.

• Be willing to work in accordance with YCO's policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.

Job Requirements

Social Worker – 3 Positions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related social science field. Applicants should demonstrate strong skills in case management, family support, counselling, and community engagement.
