What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years ’relevant  experience in related fields

Skills:

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Dealing with work-related stress
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Amharic, and English

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: BA degree in Sociology, Psychology

Additional Information

• Salary: We offer a competitive salary as per to the Center’s Scale
• Contract Type: This is a permanent position.
