Job Summary:
A digitally savvy, strategic communicator who can build an engaged online audience and translate social activity into measurable brand and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the social media content calendar across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns to promote property listings and brand awareness
- Write engaging captions and copy aligned with Kavod's brand voice- Monitor, respond to, and grow audience engagement across channels
- Track and report on social media KPIs (reach, engagement, lead generation) and adjust strategy accordingly
- Coordinate with the Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to plan and brief visual/video content needs
- Stay current on social media trends and platform best practices relevant to real estate marketing
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Proven track record of growing engagement and following across multiple platforms
- Experience running paid social media campaigns and analyzing performance data
- Strong copywriting skills
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Experience in real estate, property, hospitality, or B2B brand marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker who is also data-driven and results-oriented
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
