- Supervise construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control.
- Monitor construction materials and equipment.
- Monitor quantities, measurements, and work completion.
- Identify technical problems and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with project management, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure occupational health and safety requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Monitor construction quality, cost, and schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
- Relevant professional registration/certification is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/site engineering experience.
Minimum Computer / Software Requirement
- AutoCAD and related engineering software knowledge is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills are mandatory.
