About The Job Job Summary
The Site Engineer will be responsible for the direct technical supervision and day-to-day execution of construction works at site. The position ensures that assigned works are constructed correctly, safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality requirements, construction schedules, and project instructions.
The Site Engineer will coordinate closely with the Project Engineer, Construction Manager, Office Engineer, ǪA/ǪC Engineer, Safety Engineer, Surveyor, General Foreman, Civil Foremen, subcontractors, and workers to achieve planned construction targets.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant professional registration/license is an advantage.
- Additional construction, ǪA/ǪC, HSE, or project management training is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant construction experience.
- Practical experience as a Site Engineer on building, infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, or similar construction projects.
- Experience supervising structural, civil, architectural, and finishing works is preferred.
- Experience coordinating foremen, subcontractors, and construction crews.
- Experience in setting out, quantity verification, quality inspection, and progress monitoring is preferred.
Required Technical Knowledge
- Construction methods and sequencing.
- Structural and civil construction.
- Architectural and finishing works.
- Construction drawings and specifications.
- Setting out and dimensional control.
- Concrete, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, screeding, and finishing works.
- Construction materials and workmanship requirements.
- BOǪ and quantity measurement.
- Construction quality control.
- Construction safety requirements.
- Basic project scheduling and progress measurement.
- Site documentation and reporting.
- AutoCAD – Required
- MS Office, particularly Excel and Word – Required
- Primavera P6 and/or MS Project – Advantage
- Revit/BIM – Advantage
