Site Engineer

Job Summary

B & B Engineering PLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.

• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.

• Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and site supervision.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
