Job Summary
B & B Engineering PLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and site supervision.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
