Showroom Sales Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for serving showroom customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable metal door products, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and converting customer visits into sales while maintaining a professional showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers.

• Identify customer needs, preferences, budget, and specifications.

• Explain product features, designs, materials, finishes, prices, delivery, and installation.

• Prepare quotations and sales orders.

• Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Coordinate with production, measurement, delivery, and installation teams.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries.

• Maintain proper product displays and samples.

• Monitor competitor products and prices.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience.

• Experience in construction materials, doors, building materials, furniture, or a related industry is an advantage.

• Good understanding of customer service and sales processes.
