Job Description
Job Summary
Clear Voice Trading One Member PLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee shop sales operations, staff performance, customer relationships, promotional activities, and new shop development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and motivating sales promoters, maintaining shop image standards, and supporting the company’s shop expansion plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve shop sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Support the manager in achieving annual shop-opening targets and strengthening the company’s brand image.
- Communicate with customers and support the opening of new shops.
- Assist the manager in preparing work plans for each sales promoter.
- Collect, consolidate, and report sales data accurately and on time.
- Follow up with and support representatives in opening and managing new shops.
- Take responsibility for overall shop sales, shop image, sales staff management, and related activities.
- Develop sales promotion plans, finalize promotional schemes, and execute promotional activities for KOM shops.
- Manage promotional materials, collect orders, and distribute materials to sales representatives.
- Organize weekly meetings and training sessions for all staff.
- Provide orientation and training for newly recruited staff.
- Assist the manager with other duties, temporary assignments, and related tasks as required.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staff/team management, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to self-motivate, lead teams, and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analysis.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
