GSE is hiring a Senior Tender Officer to own bid production for our growing pipeline of solar EPC tenders.
Key responsibilities
- Own the bid calendar from advertisement to award.
- Manage the compliance matrix, document control and clarifications for every bid.
- Coordinate with engineering on technical volumes, SLDs and simulations.
- Lead loss reviews and apply lessons to future bids.
Requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years preparing competitive tenders in Ethiopia, energy, construction or infrastructure.
- NCB and donor tender literacy.
- Strong document discipline.
