Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and maintain computer laboratory equipment and systems.
Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
Assist students and instructors with laboratory technical issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
Monitor laboratory equipment and ensure proper functionality.
Maintain records of equipment, software, and technical issues.
Support practical classes, demonstrations, and computer-based exercises.
