Job Description
Position Title: Senior Special Legal Advisor (Part-time)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide prompt legal opinions on all matters of legal issues;
- Draft, review all types of Contracts, employment agreements, service legal agreements;
- Ensure compliance with International, national laws treaties; and local statutory regulations;
- Represent and advise the Organization in formal legal proceedings whenever necessary;
- Submit reports.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university.
- License : Active and valid license/ Advocacy Permit to practice law at all levels of Federal Courts;
- Experience: Minimum of 13 years of active legal practice with a strong emphasis on advisory and court case proceedings;
- Language: Full Professional proficiency in English and Amharic.
Terms of Employment
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Contract Duration: Three (3) months
- Extension: The contract may be extended based on budget availability and organizational requirements.
- Salary: 49,607.00
