Position Summary
The Senior Software Developer (Full Stack) is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing software applications. The role covers both front-end and back-end development, database management, API integration, cloud deployment, and software architecture. The incumbent provides technical leadership, mentors junior developers, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that meet organizational and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyze business and technical requirements.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architecture.
- Develop technical specifications and solution designs.
- Ensure software adheres to security, performance, and scalability standards.
- Participate in system architecture and technology selection decisions.
- Design and develop responsive web user interfaces.
- Develop server-side applications and business logic.
- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Design relational and NoSQL databases.
- Develop enterprise software solutions.
- Build cloud-based and on-premises applications.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate software deployment.
- Ensure software quality through continuous testing.
- Apply authentication and encryption standards.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
- Prepare and maintain standard documentation
- Mentor junior software developers.
- Improve software development standards.
- Introduce automation where appropriate.
- Report on development progress, risks, and system performance

Requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, information system or related field
- Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in backend languages (Python, Java, Node.js)
- Experience with frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, .NET Core)
- Solid knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with API development (REST, GraphQL)
- Familiarity with micro services architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in fullstack software development
