Senior Sales Manager

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional sales working experience.

• Previous experience in furniture sales is required.

• Candidates with sales team management experience are preferred

Quantity Required: 1

Salary: Competitive salary in Addis Ababa.

Work Location: Chinese Hotel, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop the market, acquire new customers, and maintain existing client relationships in Addis Ababa and surrounding areas.

• Promote furniture and whole-house customization products and achieve assigned regional sales targets.

• Manage the full sales process, including customer needs assessment, order processing, and after-sales coordination.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional business challenges, and provide timely feedback to management.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English

• Capable of full-process business communication, customer negotiation, contract docking and daily foreign affairs communication independently.

• Proficient in office software, able to independently complete data statistics, customer file management, sales data analysis and business document sorting.

• Possess excellent business negotiation skills, communication skills and market insight with strong stress resistance.

• Able to develop overseas markets independently and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure steady business growth.
