Senior Real Estate Sales Agent

Summer Real Estate PLC is looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Senior Real Estate Sales Agent to drive apartment and commercial shop sales, generate new leads, and build strong customer relationships.

A high-performing sales professional who can independently generate opportunities, build strong client relationships, and consistently deliver measurable sales results.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.

• Salary: ETB 30,948.28 gross monthly salary + 4% commission

• Quantity Required: 100

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive apartment and commercial shop sales and achieve assigned targets.

• Generate and convert leads through social media, networking, referrals, and field prospecting.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

• Conduct professional sales presentations, negotiations, and closing.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.

• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to overall sales growth.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of real estate sales and customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Strong customer follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.

• Strong digital and social media awareness is an advantage.

• Fluency in Amharic is required; English is an advantage.
