ABDULAZIZ UMER CONSTRUCTION (AUC) - CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
AUC is a premier Grade 3 General Contractor currently undergoing a strategic institutional restructuring. We are seeking elite, autonomous professionals to join our core team and lead our operational expansion.
Location: Addis Ababa Corporate HQ; Site visits required.
Work Type: Full-Time, In-Person.
Salary Range: Highly competitive, commensurate with experience and technical competency.
Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Managing Director.
Operational Scope:
Responsible for the total life cycle of construction project delivery, including subcontractor management, site engineering, and quality oversight.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (COTM), or equivalent professional field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of verifiable experience in Grade 3 or Grade 2 construction projects.
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6/MS Project, and structural design interpretation.
- Advanced mastery of Ethiopian Building Codes and ASTM standards.
- Demonstrated capability in managing complex site labor contracts and cost-variance mitigation.
