Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing and Tender Officer to support the company’s marketing activities while managing tendering and bid submission processes. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, identifying tender opportunities, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of tender documents.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.
- Prepare marketing content, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support branding initiatives and communication activities.
- Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities.
- Review tender requirements, terms, and conditions carefully.
- Prepare, organize, and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and administrative information for tenders.
- Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements.
- Maintain records of marketing activities, tender submissions, and supporting documents.
- Monitor tender portals, announcements, and bid opportunities regularly.
- Respond to tender clarifications and follow up on submitted bids.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement, Communications, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, tendering, bid management, or proposal preparation.
- Good understanding of marketing principles, tender requirements and campaign execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and document management abilities.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with different departments.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
