Senior Marketer and Digital Marketer

We are seeking strategic, and results-driven Senior Marketer and Digital Marketer to lead our comprehensive marketing initiatives and spearhead our digital growth engine within the pipe and industrial manufacturing sector.

· Align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals, revenue targets, and brand positioning.

· Design, implement, and continuously optimize full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, email, and affiliate channels.

· Lead the launch of new products, features, or service offerings, coordinating messaging, pricing positioning, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.

· Oversee digital performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, industrial directories) to capture high-intent search traffic for specialized products (e.g., HDPE, PVC, specialty industrial piping systems), optimizing cost-per-lead and ROAS.

· Develop joint marketing programs, co-op advertising campaigns, and digital toolkits to support our network of distributors, wholesalers, and field sales reps.

· Direct technical and local SEO for our industrial web properties, ensuring our product catalog and technical specification sheets rank prominently for engineers and buyers searching for industrial piping solutions.

· Implement advanced CRM and marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track attribution from digital touchpoints through to closed industrial contracts and project wins.

· Coordinate with technical and production teams to meet client-specific requirements.

· Conduct client visits, presentations, and after-sales evaluations.

· Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

· Provide input for sales forecasting, planning, and product development based on client needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field .
