Senior Human Capital Officer
To support the effective implementation and delivery of Ahadu Bank S.C Human Capital Management strategies, policies, programs, and services across district branches by managing HR operations and employee data, supporting talent management, employee performance, engagement and retention initiatives, and facilitating learning and development programs. The role serves as a key link between Head Office HCM and branches by providing HR advisory and operational support, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, monitoring HR activities and workforce needs, maintaining accurate HR information, resolving employee-related issues, and providing timely HR reports, insights, and feedback to Head Office to support business objectives.
Requirements
Education Requirements
BA in HR Management, Management,Public Administration, Business Administration or & related.
Experience Requirement
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant position in the banking industry, of which 2 years as Human Capital Officer or equivalent position.
