It commenced operations with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 Billion and a paid-up capital of Birr 734 Million. The Bank’s paid-up capital has reached Birr 1.16 Billion and raised its subscribed capital to Birr 5 Billion.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

Years of Experience: Must have minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience

Relevant Experience: at least 2 years in an HRBP or Senior HR Officer role managing remote, field-based, or multi-site teams

Education & Certifications  

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from recognized higher learning institute in Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. (HR Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD is highly desirable)
