Job Description
KADISCO General Hospital (KGH) is looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Critical Care Nurse to join our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU/AICU and other critical care areas.
- Lead and supervise nursing teams during assigned shifts.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and infection prevention practices.
- Monitor patient conditions and coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support staff development, mentoring, coaching, and clinical training.
- Ensure accurate documentation, handover, and timely reporting of critical incidents.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc Degree in Nursing or related qualification.
- Valid professional nursing license.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in ICU/AICU.
- Strong knowledge of critical care procedures, emergency management, and patient monitoring.
- BLS/ACLS certification is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
