About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Cost Accountant to manage and oversee the company's cost accounting, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and profitability reporting. The Senior Cost Accountant will work closely with the Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and Management teams to ensure accurate cost allocation, effective cost control, reliable inventory records, and timely financial reporting. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP to ensure accurate integration of costing, inventory, purchasing, and accounting transactions and to support informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Several years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or logistics.

• Strong knowledge of costing methods, inventory valuation, product costing, and cost analysis.

• Experience using Odoo ERP, especially Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, and related costing functions.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.

• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

• Ability to support Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and improvement from an accounting and costing perspective.

Job Requirements

 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with ODOO ERP System.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or related certification is an advantage.

• Experience in ERP ODOO, IT.

• Experience working with government, NGOs, or private sector projects.
