Job Description
Job Purpose:- Lead preparation and submission of competitive tenders/bids, maximizing win rate on institutional and large-volume opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Review tender notices/RFQs and lead go/no-go decisions with the Sales Division Manager.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents in compliance with tender requirements.
Coordinate pricing, costing and approval inputs from Sales Administration and Finance.
Guide and review the work of the Junior Bid Expert.
Track submission deadlines, bid bonds/guarantees and compliance documentation.
Maintain a bid-tracker and post-bid win/loss analysis.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Bid win rate (value and number of tenders won vs. submitted).
On-time submission rate for all tenders.
Value of contracts secured through bids.
Bid-documentation compliance/error rate.
Post-bid analysis completion and turnaround.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Skills
Education:
BA in Business, Marketing, Procurement or related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in tender/bid management or institutional sales.
Strong writing, costing and attention-to-detail skills.
