Job Description
- Receive directions from assembly & after sales supervisor, organize the work of junior mechanics
- Follow Manufacturers’ procedures and assemble components of vehicles which are imported in CKD/SKD configurations
- Perform PDI
- Conduct regular maintenance on vehicles
- Meet with clients outside Addis Ababa to better understand their concerns and identify issues
- Design a plan of action for all assembly tasks, maintenance tasks and upgrades
- Maintain work logs, repairs and maintenance records
- Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary
- Offer consultation on maintenance and preventive procedures to vehicle users
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Education: Auto Mechanic Level III and above
Experience: Three years and above on Vehicles assembly and maintenance, preferably in EV three wheeler/ EV two wheeler import company
