Job Description
New Flower General Trading P.L.C. is engaged in Different Business Ventures like Coffee Cleaning and Warehousing, Foam Manufacturing, Import & Export, Dry & Liquid Transportation Service, Construction and Vehicles Assembly & Forex Bureau Is Looking for Competent Employees in the following areas.
Job Summary:
The Senior Auto Mechanic will be responsible for mechanical assembly, inspection, adjustment, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicles
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components of 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicles.
- Install wheels, tires, brakes, suspension, steering, axles, differentials, chassis, body components, and other mechanical parts.
- Perform mechanical inspection and adjustment during assembly.
- Diagnose and correct mechanical defects.
- Check brake systems, steering systems, wheel alignment, suspension, bearings, fasteners, and drivetrain components.
- Inspect motor mounting and mechanical drivetrain connections.
- Perform torque tightening according to specified requirements.
- Conduct road/functional tests where applicable.
- Identify abnormal noise, vibration, looseness, overheating, and mechanical failures.
- Support preventive maintenance and repair activities.
- Train and guide junior mechanics.
- Maintain proper use and care of workshop tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality requirements.
- Record inspection, repair, and maintenance activities.

Requirements
Education& Experience:
- Diploma/Level IV or equivalent in Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant automotive mechanical experience.
- Experience in electric vehicle assembly or maintenance is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of vehicle braking, steering, suspension, drivetrain, bearings, wheels, tires, and chassis systems.
- Ability to use mechanical tools and measuring instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
