Job Description
New Flower General Trading P.L.C. is engaged in Different Business Ventures like Coffee Cleaning and Warehousing, Foam Manufacturing, Import & Export, Dry & Liquid Transportation Service, Construction and Vehicles Assembly & Forex Bureau Is Looking for Competent Employees in the following areas.
Job Summary:
The Senior Auto Electrician will be responsible for electrical assembly, installation, testing, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronic systems used in 2-wheel and 3-wheel electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and connect vehicle wiring harnesses and electrical components.
- Install and test batteries, controllers, motors, displays, switches, lights, indicators, horns, chargers, DC converters, and other electrical components.
- Diagnose electrical and electronic faults.
- Test battery voltage, current, continuity, insulation, and electrical connections.
- Troubleshoot motor controller and wiring problems.
- Inspect and repair electrical connections, terminals, connectors, and wiring harnesses.
- Perform pre-delivery electrical inspection and functional testing.
- Use multimeters, diagnostic tools, test equipment, and other electrical tools correctly.
- Ensure correct polarity and secure electrical connections.
- Identify and correct electrical defects during assembly.
- Support junior electricians through technical guidance and training.
- Maintain electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Follow safety procedures when handling high-current and high-voltage battery systems.
- Record electrical inspection, repair, and testing results.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Diploma/Level IV or equivalent in Automotive Electricity, Auto Electrics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in automotive electrical work.
- Experience with electric vehicles is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of DC electrical systems, batteries, motors, controllers, wiring, charging systems, and vehicle electronics.
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams.
