Senior Accountant

Mulu Pharmaceutical Manufacturing PLC, a newly established pharmaceutical manufacturing company currently under implementation and establishment, invites qualified, competent, and motivated professionals to apply for the position of Senior Accountant.

The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing the company's accounting and financial management systems and ensuring sound financial control throughout the implementation and subsequent manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's accounting and financial records and internal controls.
• Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports, budgets, and cash-flow forecasts.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, bank, and fixed assets.
• Maintain proper accounting records for project implementation, machinery, equipment, and other capital expenditures.
• Establish and manage manufacturing cost and inventory accounting systems.
• Ensure proper tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance.
• Support ERP/accounting-system implementation and financial-system development.
• Conduct financial analysis, cost control, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information to management.

Salary - Negotiable / based on company scale

Work Location – Addis Abeba / besides Deleopol Hotel , 9^th floor
